 3. No Commission on Bookings

• We do not charge any commission per booking from hotels, tour operators or drivers.
• Since we are not involved in the booking process, we do not provide any business guarantee or booking assurance.

 4. No Online Payment System

To maintain transparency and avoid financial disputes:

• We do not provide any online payment facility on our website.
• We never ask for payment for hotel booking, tour booking, driver booking or travel services.
• Users must make payments directly to the concerned hotel, tour operator or driver at their own discretion.

 5. Yearly Listing & Maintenance Fee (For Hotels & Drivers)

• We charge a nominal yearly fee from hotels, tour operators and drivers.
• This fee is taken only for:
• Website maintenance
• Profile listing
• Technical support
• Time-to-time information updates

This fee is not a commission and is not linked to the number of bookings or business generated.

6. Role of Local Area Managers

We may appoint local area managers to help onboard hotels and drivers.

• Area Managers are authorized only to assist in the online listing process.
• Area Managers are strictly prohibited from collecting any money for:
• Uploading documents
• Creating listings
• Providing bookings
• Any other purpose

If anyone claims to collect money on behalf of Direct Hotel Direct Driver without authorization, users are requested to report it immediately.

7. Responsibility & Liability

Direct Hotel Direct Driver:

• Is not responsible for any transaction, advance payment, cancellation, dispute, service issue, loss, or damage between travelers and service providers.
• Does not verify or guarantee the authenticity, quality, pricing, or availability of any hotel, tour operator or driver.

Travelers are strongly advised to:

• Verify all details before making any payment
• Communicate directly with the service provider

Hotels, tour operator and drivers are responsible for:

• Providing correct and updated information
• Delivering the promised service

 8. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep all listings updated; however:

• We do not guarantee that all information is always accurate or complete.
• Any changes in price, facilities, contact number, or service are the sole responsibility of the respective hotel, tour operator or driver.

 9. Misuse of the Platform

Users must not:

• Provide false information
• Misuse contact details
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

We reserve the right to remove listings or block access without prior notice if misuse is detected.

10. Acceptance of Terms
