Refund Policy

At Direct Hotel Direct Driver, we maintain a transparent and commission-free business model.

 

1. No Booking – No Traveler Payment

We do not provide any booking service and we do not collect any payment from travelers.

Therefore:

  • We do not have any refund policy for travelers, as we never receive any travel booking amount.
  • All payments for hotel stays or car rentals are made directly to the respective hotel or driver.
  • Any refund, cancellation, or dispute regarding such payments must be settled directly between the traveler and the service provider.

We are not responsible for any financial transaction between travelers and hotels/drivers.

 

2. Yearly Listing Fee (Hotels, Tour Operators & Drivers)

Hotels, Tour Operators and drivers pay a nominal yearly listing and maintenance fee for:

  • Displaying their business profile
  • Technical support
  • Profile updates
  • Platform maintenance

This fee is:

  • Non-commission based
  • Not linked to bookings or business generated

 3. Refund on Listing Fee

The yearly listing fee is non-refundable, except in the following case:

If we are unable to activate your listing due to a technical issue from our side.

No refund will be provided if:

  • The hotel/tour operator/driver does not receive bookings
  • The hotel/tour operator/driver chooses to discontinue
  • Incorrect information was provided by the applicant
  • The listing is removed due to policy violation

4. Unauthorized Payments

We are not responsible for any payment made to Hotel, Tour Operator, Driver or third parties who are not officially authorized.
